Contact

A question, feedback, a partnership? Write to us, we reply quickly.

For a quote request, use our project form so suitable tradespeople can contact you. For questions about Vert.lu, directory corrections, partnerships or privacy requests, state the purpose of your message clearly. Our team handles requests in Luxembourg and replies by email.

Write to us

Frequent questions before you write

How quickly do you reply to this form?

Messages are handled Monday to Friday, usually within one business day. A request sent at the weekend or on a Luxembourg public holiday gets an answer on the next working day. If your message concerns an ongoing project, say so in the subject line, we prioritise those.

I want a quote for works. Is this the right form?

No. For renovation, solar, heat pump or EV-charger projects, use the quote request form instead. It captures what installers need (property type, surface, timeline) and forwards your request to companies active in your area. This contact form is for questions about the platform itself.

My company is listed with incorrect details.

Write to us with the exact company name and the link to its profile. We correct the address, phone number, website or declared trades, and we can attach the profile to your professional account so you manage it yourself. A company may also ask to be removed from the public directory, free of charge.

How do I become a partner company on Vert.lu?

Tell us your trades, service areas and how many requests you want per month. We come back with suitable terms (single leads or a subscription) and verify the business licence before anything goes live.

How do I exercise my data protection rights?

Access, correction or deletion requests can be sent through this form or by email to contact@vert.lu. We reply within GDPR deadlines and delete matchmaking data once it is no longer needed.

Contact us: which channel for which request

Choosing the right channel for your request

The vert.lu contact page groups several kinds of requests, but they do not follow the same path. A quote request for construction or renovation work (solar panels, heat pump, insulation, roofing, electrics, sanitary work, or any other trade) goes through the dedicated form, reachable from the trade pages or from goodwork: that is the only channel that triggers a connection with companies.

A general question about how the site works, about a public subsidy, or about something you cannot find elsewhere belongs on the standard contact form. A craft company that wants to be listed in the directory or wants to change its profile uses a separate path, described on the pricing page and on the registration page. Finally, any request to correct or delete personal data is handled separately, and given priority, because it concerns your rights.

What to include so we can give a useful answer

The more precise a request, the more targeted the answer can be. For a homeowner's question, mention the municipality where the property is located, the type of property, the trade concerned, and, if relevant, what you have already done (a quote already received, a subsidy already applied for, a company already contacted). For a request about a company listing, give the exact company name and the information to correct, ideally with an official reference such as the establishment authorisation number or the current address.

For a request to delete or correct personal data, identify yourself clearly, with your name and the e-mail address used on the site, so we can verify the request concerns your own record before making any change. A vague message forces us to come back to you for details, which extends the processing time for no good reason and adds unnecessary back and forth.

How a quote request is handled

A quote request submitted through goodwork or a trade page is first checked, then passed on to the directory companies whose trade and coverage area match your project. Those companies contact you directly, usually by phone or e-mail, to arrange a site visit or refine their pricing. Vert.lu does not carry out the work and does not issue quotes itself: the site handles the introduction, while comparing offers and following up remain between you and the company. Depending on the trade and the complexity of the project, several companies may be approached in parallel, so you can compare more than one proposal before deciding.

A standard contact question, on the other hand, is handled internally without being passed to a company, unless it specifically concerns a construction project and it is more efficient to redirect it to the quote form.

Response times: what to expect

We do not state a fixed response time in hours, because processing time depends on the type of request and on the volume received at a given moment. A quote request is generally passed on quickly to the relevant companies, since it is in their own interest to respond fast; the time before you get a first contact then depends on their availability. A contact question or a data-related request is handled within a reasonable timeframe that depends on its nature: a simple correction moves faster than a check that requires additional exchanges, for example when identity details need to be confirmed.

If your request is urgent, such as a leak, a heating breakdown in winter, or an electrical safety issue, say so explicitly in your message, and consider contacting a company directly by phone rather than using an online form when the situation calls for it.

Your personal data and your right to deletion

Information you submit through a form is used only to process your request and, for a quote request, to connect you with relevant companies. You can at any time ask for access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. A deletion request is carried out once verified, subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply in specific cases; in practice, such obligations concern only a small number of clearly defined situations.

If a company contacted through your request keeps contacting you and you no longer wish to hear from them, tell that company directly and let us know as well, so we can take it into account going forward.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I send a quote request for construction work?
Through the quote request form, reachable from goodwork or from the page of the relevant trade. This is the only channel that triggers a connection with directory companies.
Does vert.lu answer quote requests itself?
No. Vert.lu passes your request on to relevant companies, who contact you directly. The site does not carry out work or issue quotes in its own name.
How can a company ask to be listed in the directory?
Through the craft company registration page, or by consulting the pricing page, which explains the difference between a free listing and a paid profile.
How long does it take to get a response?
There is no fixed deadline in hours. A quote request is passed on quickly to relevant companies; a general question or a data-related request is handled within a reasonable timeframe depending on its nature.
Can I have my personal data deleted?
Yes. Once your identity has been verified, deletion is carried out, subject to any legal retention obligations. Send your request through the contact form, stating your identity clearly.
