Eligibility Conditions
Existing building (> 2 years)
Building must be completed for at least 2 years.
Fossil heating replacement
Additional bonus if HP replaces oil, gas, or coal heating.
Certified installer
Installation by an authorised professional in Luxembourg.
Minimum COP
Minimum COP of 3.0 (air-water) or 4.0 (geothermal) per EN 14511.
Eco-friendly refrigerant
HP with low GWP (< 750) receive priority processing.
Proper sizing
Capacity must match heating needs, certified by a professional heat loss calculation.

Apply on MyGuichet.lu BEFORE work starts.
Installation & commissioning
After approval, have the HP installed and commissioned.

Payment within 6-10 weeks after full verification.
