For PRIMe House, at least 10 years. Individual measures: 2 years.
Mandatory energy advice
Free Klima-Agence consultation required before applying for comprehensive renovations.
Certified contractor
All work by licensed contractors in Luxembourg.
Minimum U-values
Insulation must meet prescribed thermal transmittance values.
Energy passport
Before/after energy passport for comprehensive renovations.
No PRIMe House stacking
Individual premiums cannot be combined with PRIMe House.
